Consultation

Prior to surgery you will have a personal meeting with consultant and/or physician. This conversation/meeting is necessary to determine whether it is a suitable treatment for you. If this is the case the entire proceeding will be talked over with you step by step. The allocation of the hypodermical fat and the elasticity of the skin is examined. The treatment and consequences of BodyTite liposculpture in the long and short run are extensively deliberated. You and the physician will look at the target areas and discuss possible treatments.

Surgery

BodyTite is a minimally invasive procedure that is performed under local anesthesia or light sedation rather than general anesthesia. Patients can opt for walk-in procedures and avoid the costs and downtime associated with overnight stays. Larger areas or volume treatments will still benefit from a general anaesthetic. Pre-heating of the treatment area allows for gentle extraction of unwanted fat, resulting in decreased bruising and swelling for patients. Patients will experience tenderness and soreness in the area, but most describe their discomfort as mild to moderate.
